Design Partners

Build the substrate with us.

We are recruiting our first cohort of design partners: teams building AI-native software who want a real say in the foundation under it. KinLab treats your code as a living semantic graph, and we want to shape that substrate with the people who will depend on it. This is the ground floor: small, selective, hands-on.

We will be straight with you: this is the very first cohort. We are pre-release, and we are not going to dress that up with customer logos or partner counts we do not have. What we offer instead is genuine influence over a substrate that is still being shaped, and a close, honest working relationship while it matures.

What design partners get

A partnership, not a trial. You get access, a direct line to the team, and real weight on where the product goes next.

Hands-on hosted access

Get early, hands-on access to the hosted KinLab control plane on top of the open Kin substrate. Your code as a living semantic graph, with the collaboration layer built on it.

A direct line to the team

Work directly with the people building Kin. No ticket queue between you and the engineers: a shared channel, real conversations, and fast turnarounds on what you hit.

Shape the roadmap

What you need moves up the list. Design partners influence which surfaces, integrations, and governance controls we build next, while the product is still taking shape.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a handful of teams shipping real software with AI agents: the people who feel the limits of files-and-diffs tooling every day and want a better foundation.

You ship with AI agents

Your team is already building real software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini) and feeling where files-and-diffs tooling breaks down for agents.

You have a real codebase

You work in a living repository with real structure and real stakes, not a toy project. That is where a semantic substrate earns its keep, and where your feedback is most useful.

You want to shape it, not just use it

You are comfortable on the early edge: rough edges in exchange for influence, and a willingness to tell us plainly what works and what does not.

How it works

01

You reach out

Tell us about your team, your stack, and how you are using AI agents today. A few sentences is plenty to start.

02

We talk

A short conversation to see if it is a fit, both ways. We are selective and small on purpose, so the cohort stays close.

03

You get hands-on

We onboard you to hosted KinLab, open a direct channel, and start a tight feedback loop on the parts of your workflow that matter most.

04

We build it together

Your usage and feedback shape what ships next. You help steer the substrate while it is still being defined.

Pre-release · early access by request

Want to help shape the substrate?

Tell us about your team and how you build with AI agents. The first cohort is small and selective. If it is a fit, you will be hands-on early and you will help steer what comes next.
