Not for anything it does through Kin. Kin checks your rule before each call reaches GitHub. If you also connected GitHub inside ChatGPT itself, that connection follows ChatGPT's own controls, so remove it there.
Which ChatGPT accounts can add Kin?
That is up to OpenAI and your workspace. Check that chatgpt.com/plugins offers Add custom MCP server. Paying for Kin does not turn it on. ChatGPT setup
Does ChatGPT ask me too?
ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it runs an action through Kin. Your Kin rules still apply after that: an action set to Ask me waits for you in Kin, and a blocked one never runs.
How do I take access away?
In Kin, open AI apps and choose Remove on ChatGPT. Its access ends right away. Your GitHub connection and its rules stay.
