Blocked means not even offered.
A blocked tool never shows up when the AI app searches. If the app calls it anyway, Kin refuses it and tells the app the action is blocked, so it stops trying.

Kin's rules are checked on Kin's server, so one set of rules holds in every app you add, alongside whatever each app is set to do.
Can one app have a different rule?
Yes. When you approve a request, you can save an always-allow rule for only the app that asked. You can also limit an app to Can only read, or to some connections.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Allow, Ask me and Block for every account and action are on every plan. Compare plans
