Two Notion workspaces. Both in Claude.

My company runs on one Notion workspace and my side project on another. Claude searches the one I name.

In Kin, connect Notion once for each workspace you sign in to. Then add Kin to Claude as a custom connector. Claude sees both workspaces by name and asks which one when a task could fit either.

Steps checked in Kin on .

Free for 5 connections and 2 AI apps. No card needed.

Set it up

  1. Connect Notion

In Kin, connect Notion and sign in to the first workspace's account. Rename the connection if you like, for example Notion (work). Notion in Kin

  2. Connect Notion again

Connect Notion a second time and sign in to the other account. Kin starts a separate Notion sign-in for each connection. Several accounts on one service

  3. Choose a level for each

For example, Ask me for changes on the company workspace and Allow all on your own. Levels for a connection

  4. Add Kin to Claude

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, add a custom connector and paste Kin's address. Claude signs in to Kin, and you choose what it may use. Claude setup

Name the workspace. Claude uses that one.

Each connection carries its name and the account behind it. Ask "find the launch plan in my work Notion" and Claude searches only there. If you don't say, and both could do it, Kin tells Claude to ask you.

Keep them apart when it matters.

Put each workspace in its own profile, and an AI app added with that profile's address only ever reaches that workspace. Keep work and personal apart

Does this work with Claude Code and ChatGPT too?

Yes. Every AI app you add to Kin sees the same two connections under the same rules. Add Kin to your AI apps

What about two Linear or two Notion workspaces?

Any service in Kin's catalog works the same way, one connection per sign-in. Check the catalog for what is available today.

Can I give Claude only one of the two?

Yes. When Claude signs in to Kin, choose Only these connections and tick the one it should reach.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Free includes enough connections for two workspaces. Compare plans
